You agree to share accurate information, provide your materials safely, review drafts when needed, and pay invoices as agreed.

💳 Payments

Payment details are shared at the start of your project. Late payments may delay delivery.

💛 Your Photos and Materials

You always own your photos. By sharing them with me, you give permission for me to organize, digitize, and create your project based on your instructions.

📅 Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your collection. I’ll communicate clearly if anything changes.

🔄 Refunds

Because each project is custom and time‑based, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. I will always work with you toward a fair solution if changes to your project are required.

🌐 Website Use

Please use the website respectfully and lawfully.

🛡️ Liability

I am not responsible for damage that occurred to your materials before they reached me, delays caused by third‑party services, or issues with materials that were already damaged or unstable.
